Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church, Inc./dbaWestminster Academy/dba GraceFM is a religious broadcaster as defined by the regulations of the Federal Communications Commission. See 47 C.F.R. 73.2080(c)(1). As a religious broadcaster, GraceFM has established religious qualifications for all employment positions at its station(s). In accordance with the FCC rules, Westminster Academy makes reasonable, good faith efforts to recruit applications for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, or gender, among those who are qualified based on their religious belief or affiliation.
